- Transferral of regulation of 087 based phone line services from Ofcom to PhonepayPlus in April 2009
- Needed to communicate message to both consumers and industry partners about what the implications of these changes would mean to these groups
The Solution
- Consultancy document outlining possible communications enhancing media
- Designed a sub brand to help communicate this message
- Designed and built a series of static and animated banners in a range of sizes and formats based on the branding created
