The Background
DICT8 is a UK based online medical transcription for service for the NHS and private healthcare companies. It allows medical practitioners to upload audio files containing dictations and notes from their consultation. The user can then manage the workflow of the transcription online as well as schedule outsourced transcriptions for overflow or during busier periods. The aim is to save clients, including the NHS, thousands of pounds in transcription services and management.
The Solution
DICT8 developed an advanced online system enabling a seamless workflow management and outsourcing system for one off though to high volume transcription requirements. Contrapositive successfully tendered to design a clear and intuitive interface that allows a wide range of users, from medical staff to typists who are geographically and demographically widespread. We then provided support to DICT8's developers to ensure that the design was correctly and accurately integrated and tested before being launched to its users.
